Shipping Policy

Nationwide Shipping

Thank you for your order!  All cookies are baked to order.  We make every effort to bake and ship orders as quickly as possible. We usually can have your order out the bakery door within 2-3 business days upon receiving your order. All of our shipping materials are recyclable/compostable. 

· You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order and will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

· All online orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

· We are not responsible for breakage incurred during mailing. Broken cookies are still delicious and can still be enjoyed! 

· Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday.

· Orders are not shipped the following major holidays: New Year’s  Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

· Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the lower 48 United States. Shipments are not available to ship to US territories or internationally.

· Orders that qualify for free shipping can only be shipped to the lower 48 United States. 

· We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes of Military Boxes.

· We are not responsible for any delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. So please check the shipping address before placing an order.

· Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling from USPS.

Returns

· We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

· However, if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Sangiorgi's Bakery experience.
