Focaccia (pronounced fo-kah-cha) is an olive oil-rich Italian "flat bread" that's crispy and golden on the top and bottom crusts, with an airy, soft and chewy crumb in the inside with lots of air holes, big and small.
Our delicious olive oil cakes are bursting with flavor from fresh ingredients like lemon, orange or walnuts & chocolate.
