Our family hails from Buffalo, NY, where my grandparents, Salvatore and Calogera (Caroline) Sangiorgi, settled after they immigrated here from Valledolmo, Sicily. Love and family - and food - certainly brought us together over the years. I have always had a passion for baking, which began as a child baking with my mother and sisters. One of my favorite joys is making biscotti. I am so grateful now to be able to share Sangiorgi's Cookies with everyone. Cookies make people smile, and I am happy to offer a little bit of the beauty of heritage and tradition in every delicious flavor.

These cookies are meant to be dunked in hot coffee, tea or Vin Santo, an Italian dessert wine.
